Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for choosing Engage321 for your analog and digital design and marketing needs. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the fulfillment of services when using Stripe as the payment method on our platform or via any other payment system we employ. By using our services and making payments through Stripe, you agree to comply with this Fulfillment Policy.

Order Processing Time:

  • Upon successful payment through Stripe, Engage321 officially will begin working on your order.
  • The time needed to complete any service or deliverable may vary based on the type of service ordered and the specific requirements outlined in the job description, contract, agreement, approved proposal, or verbal agreement made and approved by both parties.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Effective communication between clients and Engage321 is essential to ensure the accurate and timely completion of services.
  • Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, guidance, and materials required for the successful fulfillment of the service.

Deposit Policy:

  • Depending on the scope of a fixed project (in contrast to ongoing work or retainers), our clients are sometimes required to pay a partial deposit (usually 1/4, 1/3, or 1/2 of the total estimate or quote) in advance to initiate any project work. The initial deposit for project work secures the commitment of both parties.
  • Clients of our web maintenance program or marketing retainers for ongoing work will not pay an upfront deposit, but will pay a monthly fee that is pre-negotiated and automatically withdrawn from their preferred credit card on roughly the same day each month. Retainer clients for miscellaneous but ongoing marketing/design work can also be by check or ACH deposit.

Service Delivery:

  • Engage321 is committed to delivering high-quality services within the agreed-upon timelines.
  • Clients will receive updates and notifications regarding the progress of the service through Engage321.

Refund Policy:

  • Engage321 follows a no-refund policy unless the service has been terminated before the scheduled end date.
  • Refund requests are only considered if the client terminates the service before the agreed-upon end date. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service termination. Refunds will be prorated based on the date that work was cancelled.

Dispute Resolution:

  • In case of any disputes or disagreements between clients and Engage321, both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter through open communication.
  • Engage321 may intervene in the dispute resolution process to facilitate a fair and equitable solution.

Payment Confirmation:

  • Upon successful completion and delivery of the service, clients are required to confirm the service’s acceptance through means offered by Engage321 (typically, but not always, in the form of a mutually signed contract, agreement, or proposal).
  • Confirmation of service acceptance triggers the completion of the transaction, and funds will be processed through the Stripe payment system.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted to Engage321 in writing. The date of cancellation will be based on the date such cancellation has been received by Engage321.

Currency Information:

  • All transactions on Engage321 are conducted in USD (United States Dollar).
  • Currency conversion rates are determined by Stripe’s payment system.

Security and Privacy:

  • Engage321 prioritizes the security and privacy of payment information processed through Stripe.
  • All financial transactions are conducted securely through Stripe’s payment gateway, and sensitive information is handled in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
  • By making payments through Stripe, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Fulfillment Policy. 
  • Engage321 reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. 
  • Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
